30-Day Return Period

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging, including all accessories, parts, and documentation that came with the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the return will be handled at no cost to the customer.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchase

If the return is due to a change of mind, an incorrect purchase, or the product does not meet your expectations, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees.


How to Initiate a Return

Refund Procedure

Return Inspection

After the returned product arrives at the designated return location, it will be inspected to confirm that it complies with the return conditions.

Refund Processing

Once the inspection has been completed and approved, the refund will be issued. Your refund will be processed in 7 business days. Refunds are generally credited back to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notice

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and dispatched. However, customers retain the right to exercise their right of withdrawal after delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for another size, colour, or model, please contact our customer support team. We will assist you and arrange the exchange as efficiently as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. When applicable, these products will be clearly identified as non-returnable on the product page.
